The location was good. It was a short walk to 2 different metro stations and connected us to at least 4 different lines. There was lots of eating and shopping options nearby. It was a really cool experience to stay among the other residents. The facilities were adequate, though dated and not in the best condition, but functional.
The floor was really creaky and soundproofing was poor. We didn’t mind the sound from the neighbours (we could hear sounds from upstairs even at 1am at times), but we were more afraid of disturbing others whenever we walked across the room.

Perfect for family trips, conveniently located near Nanjing West Road Pedestrian Street, ideal for first-time visitors to Shanghai. Easy access to everywhere, and the host is very welcoming. Highly recommend staying here!

Good location and reactivity of the people who are dealing with this apartment
Despite they were reactive to our messages and find an other apartment , the apartment needs a deep cleaning, when it’s raining, water is coming from the ground and we had cockroaches.
