Near center
The staircase leading to the third-floor apartment is cluttered with too many broken items and should be cleared out. There is also a lot of trash and miscellaneous items left in the area outside the apartment.

Good location and reactivity of the people who are dealing with this apartment
Despite they were reactive to our messages and find an other apartment , the apartment needs a deep cleaning, when it’s raining, water is coming from the ground and we had cockroaches.
