The staffs are friendly and helpful with everything including China app and taobao parcels. Hotel is very clean and it has a good pillow and hair dryer.

Without a doubt, this has been one of the most memorable hotel stays I have ever experienced. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, every single member of the Atour Hotel team went above and beyond to make us feel genuinely welcomed. Their warmth, professionalism, attentiveness, and sincere hospitality were simply exceptional. In today’s hospitality industry, it is rare to find a team that consistently delivers such heartfelt service with genuine smiles. I would like to express my deepest appreciation to Daniel and Han Qin, who were absolutely outstanding throughout our stay. They were incredibly patient, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable. They truly represent the very best of Atour’s service culture. I would also like to recognize the many other staff members whose names I unfortunately did not manage to remember. Every one of them greeted us warmly, offered assistance proactively, and treated us like valued guests rather than just customers. It was evident that excellence is part of the entire team’s culture, not just a few individuals. I was travelling with a tour group, and what impressed me even more was that everyone in our group shared the exact same opinion. We were all amazed by the extraordinary hospitality and impeccable service provided by the entire Atour team. Throughout our travels, we have stayed in many hotels, but this level of consistency, kindness, and genuine care is truly rare. A beautiful hotel can be built with money, but a team like this is built through outstanding leadership, dedication, and passion. The management should be incredibly proud of every member of this team. I sincerely hope Atour’s management recognizes and rewards Daniel, Han Qin, and the entire hotel team for their remarkable efforts. They are the reason guests leave with unforgettable memories and become lifelong supporters of the Atour brand. Thank you for making our stay so special. We will definitely recommend Atour Hotel to our family, friends, and colleagues, and whenever we return, there is no question where we will stay. Five stars are simply not enough. Very basic hotel with zero amenities. Rooms are very small. In the morning have to wait for 10 minutes for Elevator to arrive. Only 2 Elevators for 18 floors worth of rooms.
