Friendly staff, clean and modern spaces, and good breakfast.
There was no privacy wall/space in the restroom area. You immediately exited the toilet or shower and were exposed to the remaining people in the room.

Petit déjeuner très asiatique alors même que l'établissement accueille nombre de touristes. Je n'ai jamais pu boire un thé correct (eau tiède et quantité de thé ridicule pour produire une boisson convenable)... Dans le pays du thé par excellence, c'est inacceptable. Salle du petit déjeuner sous dimensionnée, provoquant ainsi de l'attente notamment en fin de semaine... Là aussi c'est le premier hôtel dans lequel j'observe ce phénomène où que ce soit sur la planète...
Enfin, le personnel de la réception ne maîtrise absolument pas l'anglais !!! Incroyable dans la ville chinoise qui reçoit la planète entière!...
