Really like the laundry service. The room is new and clean. Although our room only has internal window, but it doesn’t cause any issues for us. Thanks for the good service 👍

Brand new, big rooms , nice modern bathroom close to Nanjing Road just 500 mtr walk . Location just opposite holiday inn can be seen in front of the hotel . Just walk then you be on the Nanjing Road . Good break fast .

No pool .

La ubicación, llegas al centro en diez minutos. La habitación era muy espaciosa, el desayuno excelente, y el servicio de lavandería era gratuito

La cocina solo tenía la opción de desayunos, no servían comidas ni cenas

- Clean Room - Staff tried to be helpful even if they don't fluently speak english

-No AC in room, just a fan with no temp controls. As the room has fake windows into a fake outside area it gets incredibly stuffy. - Breakfast is standard. I wouldn't rate it as exceptional. - Breakfast can be a bit chaotic. First day i was given a table, went to grab my food and thr table had been taken by someone else. My final day, I went up to get more food and my whole table had been cleared if I didnt get back in time, it would have been given away. - The lifts are not synced so you have to press on both lifts which wastes a lot of time. - The hotel can be hard to find where it is tucked away with a barrier in the front.
