The bed, the blanket and the pillows were wonderful. I slept very well. This swimming pool, the hot and cold tubs and the sauna were perfect for me. I had a good relaxation there. The location in the French Conscession was excellent for me.

The best location is right by the subway station, in a neighborhood that truly showcases the authentic side of Shanghai.
The room was spacious, with a great view and a very comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, especially the concierge team. We were able to store our luggage for several days while traveling to other cities, and they also assisted us with sending packages and arranging courier services. Their excellent service made our trip much more convenient and enjoyable.
