Angelina at the front desk was an absolute angel! She sorted out my phone problem by calling the provider for me. Thanks to her help, what could have been a really difficult last day in Shanghai turned out great.

Great location, easy to walk around and explore.
Breakfast was good with loads of options.
Unfortunately, room was very basic and had a smell to it, like it was previously a smoking room.
Not pleasant at all.
