LOCATION:地下鉄10号線と13号線の駅が近く、中心街にすぐ着いてとても便利（最も使う10号線は、地下に潜ってからが結構歩く）。周辺も賑やかで、准海中路という大通りに面しているが、同じ通り沿いの近い住所に同じ名前のホテルがあり、深夜タクシーで印刷を見せたのに間違えられた。写真をよく見て覚えていたので事無きを得ました。

HOTEL:１階入口すぐがロビーで５階６階が客室。客室数はかなり多い。３桁を案内されたのに入口の客室番号には"８"が謎に追加され４桁表示。夜中に間違いの可能性を思うと怖かった。一番奥の部屋だったのだが、掃除用具のカート４台が置いてあり、隣の部屋は使用済みリネンが山積みで開きっぱなしで、なんとも不快。中はこぢんまりと綺麗で良かったが、２回目のベッドメイクがされておらず、尻拭きゴミやベッドやリネンがそのまま。遅くに帰ったのでリネンは諦めました。"MAKE ROOM"を掛けておいたはずなのですが、誤って"DON'T DISTURB"にしておいた可能性も少しはあり、文句は言えないのですが、ひどい新年を迎えることになり残念でした。バス・トイレがガラス張りのため、そういう仲でなければ気まずいです。フロントスタッフは、簡単な英語が話せると良いですね。

Located in the middle of HuaiHai road with several shopping malls and train stations within walking distance. The laundry facility was free to use. And staff were nice and always available to help. A very very basic room with a kettle and hairdryer, there is no mini fridge. Shower water pressure is also good.

Cleanliness could be improved. The housekeeper comes in very early in the morning (8am) unless you put the “do not disturb” sign on, and will insist on coming in. Housekeeping only includes replacing towels and drinking water, room isn’t cleaned unless you request for it. We had booked 2 rooms, and one was always smelling like cigarettes after we returned from our travels. Staff tried to resolve by spraying room fragrance but it happened every day. The hotel also had poor soundproofing. You can hear all the door slams of every guest on the floor. Our rooms also had big windows but no view as there was a structure blocking the entire window from the outside.
