    Location is 0 meter from South Saanxi Station (3 lines interchange). At checking-in, I got a free upgrade to a huge room on 4th floor. Room was perfectly fine with every amenities I want. I request a late check-out. Staff provided me 2 hrs to 14:00 late check-out without extra charge due to my delayed flight. I will definitely stay at Mason again a 100% percent.

    The hotel is nicely positioned near supermarket, shopping centers and shanghai hot spots such as Shanghai New Word (新天地) and Yu Yuan (豫园). The staffs are friendly; weeks before arrival , the staff has helped us with reservations for Michelin restaurants. For travelling foreigners without local phone numbers, their help with the reservation is invaluable. The rooms are kept clean and replenished with water bottles. We usually ask the cleaning staff directlyfor more water.

    There was a night when i returned to hotel. The door card didnt work open and in the end the enginneer came up and replaced the battery. Just unlucky as i know its not common.

    Everything about the start was wonderful. I was 2 days late due to travel disruption but my room was held for me. Staff always attentive and helpful. Room was very spacious and clean. Shower was hot and powerful. Bathrobes and slippers provided along with toiletries. Location is great with 3 metro lines 2 minutes away with another 5 minutes. Perfect stay to see Shanghai
