Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit Blick hinunter ins Tal

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von der Gastgeberin empfangen. Die Unterkunft liegt mitten in einer Apfelplantage. Vom Balkon hat man eine herrliche Aussicht über die Plantage hinunter ins Tal. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, das Zimmer nicht sehr groß. Die Betten, das Zimmer und Bad wurden jeden Tag frisch gemacht. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Frischer Kaffee und eigener Apfelsaft wurden jeden Morgen am Tisch persönlich serviert. Käse, Wurst, Marmelade, Nutella Müsli, Käse, alles vorhanden und sehr lecker. Die Gastgeber, Familie sehr freundlich und immer für eine Unterhaltung offen.

Frau Fföstl war freundlich erfüllte Wünsche

Das Frühstück war sehr gut,vielseitig Der Kaffee ebenso und wurde auf Wunsch auf mehrere Tassen ausgeweitet. Äpfel standen für den täglichen Verbrauch parat.

Die Zimmer wurden noch nicht beheizt obwohl die Temperaturen entsprechend waren

Trevlig variation med yoghurt, marmelader och gott bröd, även grovt.

Gärna ägg till frukost. Wifi var lite svagt.

Sehr gutes Frühstück ( so viele Semmeln, dass ich noch zum Abendessen versorgt war!), sehr freundliche Gastgeberin , alles sehr sauber, jeden Tag Zimmer geputzt und aufgeräumt. Tgl. frisches Obst gratis

Bad und Toilette außerhalb des Zimmers, aber für mich alleine! Bei dem Preis nehme ich das gerne 2 Wochen in Kauf.

Vintage e accogliente

Host molto gentile che parla tranquillamente italiano. Ogni mattina ci accoglieva con un piatto di affettati e burro e un bicchiere di succo di mela in aggiunta al pane e alla colazione dolce già presente sul tavolo (yogurt, marmellate, cereali, frutta secca e granola). Bel panorama dalla finestra. Parcheggio piccolino di fronte alla struttura che è adiacente al centro di Parcines. Comoda posizione per raggiungere Merano, sia con autobus che con la macchina. Alto Adige guest pass incluso (necessaria la carta di identità). Tutto molto pulito.

Struttura abbastanza datata anche se ben tenuta. Camere piccoline e senza aria condizionata né ventilazione (purtroppo con 35 gradi esterni aprire la finestra non basta). Letto matrimoniale formato da due singoli accoppiati, quindi più scomodo nel mezzo

Piękne widoki , fajna okolica, blisko kolejki oraz licznych barów i tawern. Pokoje choć juz wiekowe to bardzo czyste, codziennie sprzątane . Cisza i spokój

Codziennie to samo śniadanie, które było bardzo ubogie . Tzn kilka bułek , talerz mortadeli/ szynki , masło , rozrobiony w misce jogurt i płatki, kawa, herbata. Nic poza tym... :(

Für Menschen mit geringen Ansprüchen ist es eine gute Unterkunft und man kann gleich von dort aus los wandern.

Die gute Atmosphäre und das man sich vom frischen Obst, was dort auslag jederzeit bedienen durfte. Es wuchs dort an den angrenzenden Plantagen.

Meine Matratze könnte doch mal ausgewechselt werden, sowie das Mobiliar.

Gute Lage und ordentliches Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Gute Lage in.Partschins zwischen Ortskern und Texelbahn. Nette Gastgeberin. Alles unkompliziert. Schöne Aussicht vom Balkon. Alles sehr sauber.

Das Haus ist aus den 70ern und das meiste noch im Originalzustand. Aber gut gepflegt und ordentlich. Hat uns nicht gestört, aber man sollte es wissen 😉
