The host was very welcoming, she always answered immediately to any of our questions, also Haidi, the cleaning lady was very nice and helpful, it was very clean, quite large, it also had 2 air conditiong units which helped a lot during the hot days. I believe that it is very good value for money.
It was a bit further than advertised, the climb up to the property from the town was a bit steep and could be a bit difficult especially when it was hot outside.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel and was very satisfied with my experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the service was of high quality throughout my stay. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly stay there again.

Buena disponibilidad a la hora de hacer el check in durante del día, tienen una atención por parte de Heidi buenísima, por no hablar de la compañía más graciosa de dos gatitas adorables y muy cariñosas que te hacen la estancia muy familiar.
Que hay que caminar 21 minutos para ir a la playa o para ir al puerto.

L'appartamento era pulito e dotato di tutte le comodità di cui necessitavamo; apprezzabile la presenza dell'aria condizionata, anche se non è stata necessaria poiché l'appartamento è molto fresco. La posizione non è nel centro di Saranda ma garantisce pace e silenzio, lontani dal caos del lungomare. Lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile.
Per raggiungere il centro ed il lungomare è necessaria la macchina in quanto l'appartamento è situato un po' lontano e le strade sono tutte in salita, alcune anche abbastanza ripide.
