Spacious apartment with good facilities

Very helpful Owner, can’t fault anything with the property. Just be aware it’s about a mile up hill from the beach but the advert does state this .

Peaceful apartment with beautiful rooftop pool

The apartment was spacious and clean. Great kitchen appliances! The host was welcoming & friendly. The pool area was amazing, it felt like such a relaxing zen space to spend the day. It’s also really private, we had the entire pool space to ourselves for a day. Very peaceful with amazing views of Saranda & Corfu.

The walk down into town is really easy to the promenade. However the walk back up is very steep, we attempted this in the midday heat as it was only a 16 minute walk from the bus terminal and it was very difficult with our suitcases. It also felt like getting a taxi after dinner on an evening wasn’t really an option as it was 1500 lek, which is quite expensive as it’s only about a 4 minute drive. It’s a pretty central location and easy to access everything, I’d just say be mindful of the hill if you have accessibility requirements!

Very bad, we left immediately and lost 50€ for that one night

It had a pool

The room was too small for two people. The room had a huge window which may be nice but it also means that there’s no privacy. The bathroom was tiny. We booked one night and wanted to cancel it because the AC wasn’t working properly (it was extremely hot that day). There was no way for us to stay in that tiny and hot place. I asked for a refund but didn’t get that. The lady was a bit rude and not understanding.

Leda, the host was amazing. Would definitely rate her 15 out of 10. Was very friendly and helpful. Made Albanian coffee for me regularly and nothing was too much trouble

My only comment was the location was up a rather steep hill which was challenging in the heat. The good thing is, it wasn’t very far from the beach or town and there was a good market just down the hill

Great option

Great .Clean room and atmosphere.Clean swimming pool.1/2 hour to Poda beach .Neat and clean .They waited for me until 1 am for checkin and also parking available.

The only problem is window is a bit open and people can see you from out I side .If no people it’s okay,we didn’t see anybody.

Perfect!

We loved everything! I can hardly think of anything that could have been better than it was. The host is extremely kind and helpful - we arrived at 23h (an hour late at that…) and she was waiting for us. All the apartments are new, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need - including cooking oil, salt, sugar and coffee (I’m specifying because had we known this, we would not have made a stop at the nearby mini market at 22h45 :)) The same goes for the bathroom - towels, shampoo, soap, toilet paper… There is air conditioning in both of the rooms. And the washing machine is a huge plus! The pool/bar area is amazing - especially if you have kids. And the view is simply stunning! Also, I know some people have found it a bit of a steep climb, but it wasn’t as bad as described. Sure, we are pretty sportsy, but even our 4 year old had no issues going back and forth from the property to the beach/town twice a day. All in all - a ten out of ten!

Great facilities, super clean and well located

Lovely hosts Leda, made the stay a pleasure. Great villa and facilities, kitchen (oven, toastie maker, kettle, large fridge freezer and utensils) and washing machine, very clean, pool and terrace bar was a great addition. Lovely location, a bit of a climb in some places from the beach and town but allows for a lovely view over the bar.

Spacious and Clean Apartment with Some Location Considerations

The apartment was excellent – cleanliness was 10/10 with absolutely no remarks. Both bedrooms and the living room had air conditioning, and the space was large and well-equipped. For the price, you really get great value. The apartment can comfortably accommodate a large family of up to six people. The host was a lovely, cheerful lady – very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Nothing to complain about when it comes to the host. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended if you have access to a vehicle.

The only downside, which is beyond the host's control, is the location. It takes around 15–20 minutes to reach the city center on foot, and the roads are extremely steep. This place is not suitable for those with mobility challenges or physical disabilities. Thankfully, I had a rental car, which made things easier. Without a car, longer stays may be more challenging – but it's something you will see for yourself.

Great value and fantastic hosts

Very welcoming host, apartment had all the basics required and was clean. Rooftop pool was great at the end of the day for a dip to keep cool.

Only issue could be the location for anyone with mobility issues as its a steep walk back from the beach area.

Spacious, clean and cool - plus a pool

Very spacious unit with two air conditioners, and a large balcony with a great sea view. The pool area on the roof is really comfortable and has a small bar, plus lots of loungers and swinging chairs. Staff were always on hand and helpful. The best place we stayed in so far.

Perfect spot for relaxation

The host was lovely — so sweet and helpful. Pool area great for relaxing and beautiful views. The apartment was spacious, very clean and it was especially nice to have access to a washing machine. Would definitely return.

Could have used some bigger plates in the kitchen and a sharp knife, but we also managed fine without it.

Everything was just great.

Very cute and comfortable studio for a couple. The host was very kind and ready to help you for any need. I highly recommend it for a couple who want to spend a few days in the beautiful city of Saranda.

The studio had a view and was comfortable. Also, the pool and bar were below us. The environment they had created was very relaxing and away from the noise of the city.

Nice spacious apartment, great view, very nice owners

We were supposed to have two separate bedrooms, and well, didn't, owners compensated in a different way so no hard feelings here. Not very close to the center and very uphill, so keep this in mind if you're not with a car.

Bad

The Lady of the house is very friendly and polite and made me 100x excuses, I told her she didn't enter the room, so she didn't have to make excuses for her husband.

The man of the house entered my room without my permission! Unbelievable, still angry about it. I was sitting outside next to my door and suddenly he need to be in my room with a contractor and somebody else. I clearly said, just wait and I'll organise my stuff and you can go in. He just ignored this and went in!! I never felt so violated while renting a place. THE BASIC OF RENTING A ROOM IS THAT IT'S YOURS DURING THAT TIME!

Perfect location to experience the joys of Sarande. a delightful beach town.

such a cute, unusual place. we had an apartment on 2nd floor. Very quiet day and night. wonderful swimming pool on the rooftop with spectacular views of the bay.

It is located up a steep hill. a good 15/20 mins walk to the beaches. I didn’t mind as was forewarned. but be aware, if you have mobility issues or are very unfit.

definitely a pleasant stay

the apartment we had was comfortable, with a beautiful terrace with pool and barbecue that we enjoyed a lot, to meet people and good for watching the sunset. very good location as it’s 10 min walking from the beach and the Sarandë waterfront. the owner was really kind and always available to help us out. definitely recommended!

the bathroom was small with no shower box (or you can call it a huge shower equipped with toilet and sink 😛), and the wifi wasn’t always working well.
