Marina Wave apartments

Am avut o ședere minunată. Paturile și pernele au fost foarte confortabile, lenjeria albă imaculată, iar apartamentul a fost foarte curat și bine întreținut. Există parcare gratuită în spatele clădirii, ceea ce a fost foarte convenabil. Locația este excelentă, aproape de magazine și la doar câteva minute de mers pe jos de faleză. Gazda, Livya, a fost extrem de amabilă și atentă. În fiecare zi ne întreba dacă avem nevoie de ceva și ne-a ajutat chiar și să găsim un veterinar atunci când am avut nevoie de un aviz pentru câinele nostru, necesar pentru a putea intra în Grecia. Apartamentul este dotat cu tot ce este necesar pentru un sejur confortabil: frigider cu congelator, aragaz cu hotă, ustensile de bază pentru bucătărie și mașină de spălat. Afară există un spațiu plăcut cu masă, scaune și bancă, precum și loc pentru întins rufele. Recomandăm cu mare drag această cazare și am reveni cu plăcere oricând.

It was very quiet l, private, and easy to walk everywhere. Plenty of good restaurants nearby, nearest beach is only a 5min walk, and there is a supermarket less than 5min away by foot. The apartment has a washing machine, clothes line, fridge and a small kitchen which were all handy considering we stayed 8 nights. There is air conditioning which is great for summer. The host is very friendly, kind, and responsive. It’s a really good price and would be perfect for a few nights stay if you’re not planning on spending too much time indoors.

While the apartment has a kitchen, it wasn’t super well equipped if you are wanting to cook a lot of meals at home - not a problem if you’re having a shorter stay and will be eating out the entire time but we stayed over a week and wanted to cook at home some of the time. We made do with what was available but it would be tricky if you wanted to cook proper meals. The apartment is quite small, but is okay for 2 people. There was nothing to wash or dry dishes with and there was no bathmat to use for the bathroom, so we ended up buying quite a few supplies during our stay as we stayed 8 nights and found it difficult not having these - especially as the toilet is in the shower and the floor got dirty quite quickly. Also bear in mind you will need to buy your own toilet paper and rubbish bags - this isn’t a problem if you are expecting this before your stay. The bedding provided was okay although rather than a duvet you are provided with a mink blanket - the mink blanket was quite dusty and triggered allergies for my partner. I think a lot of these things would be easily improved though by purchasing a few new things for the apartment. We still enjoyed our stay!

Si può solo dire che il rapporto qualità/prezzo è effettivo. Nel senso che 35 euro a notte te lo scordi in Italia. Ma purtroppo non rispecchia il costo della vita dell’Albania anche se Saranda oramai è turistica al 100%. A tutt’oggi in Albania chiunque ha due stanze le affitta a stranieri! Diciamo che la posizione non era male, ovviamente fuori dal contesto turistico del lungomare e quindi più in periferia. I due appartamenti erano abbastanza umidi, privi di zanzariere e la pulizia non era ottimale, soprattutto per la biancheria. Due appartamentini abbastanza trascurati, non il massimo per una famiglia con bambini e neonati. Ad ogni modo erano provvisti di cucina, lavatrice, stendibiancheria e climatizzatore.

Scarsa pulizia.
