The apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable. It was tastefully decorated and water, tea and coffee were provided. We stayed 3 nights, and were able to unwind and relax after busy days.
There was a slight problem, out of their control, on the first night. It was no fault on their part. I contacted them and they resolved it immediately.
Excellent customer service.

Every single thing about this place is amazing. They are just so good. Friendly staff and good cleaning.
They even cleaned my laundry and returned them.

This property was fantastic, the facilities far exceeded what you would expect with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and sink in our room, then a bigger kitchen in tbe communal area. The room was spotless, the bed comfortable, decor lovely and finish to a very high standard. The position was perfect, a few minutes walk from the centre.
If i had to pick anything, i would say that we could have done with extra pillows, we had one each with one spare in the wardrobe but that had no pillow case on, and the duvet was a bit small, looked like a standard double on a king or queen bed.
