Location was very central to the old town- no complaints at all there. Room was decent sized with good air conditioning and bathroom. As its a self service type place there's no between day room cleaning, but the value for money is there.
The self service check in was with an electronic lock which didn't work with the digits given. An unlocking sound would occur but the door wouldn't budge, even with considerable effort. I had to ring up the support and use a nearby key lock to get in - there is however only 1 key for the whole block ~9 rooms, so there was a risk of being locked out by another resident taking the keys.

Absolutely perfect on all fronts! If I ever come back I would just book this again & I am telling my friends to go and book this too :)
Location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of the old town with short walks to Councils Square, Black Church & Tampa Hill. Lovely coffee shops round the corner and it felt like a safe street when walking down at night. The room was decorated so beautifully and the bathroom was pristine with an amazing shower. The little shared rooftop balcony over looking the Brasov sign was a wonderful surprise too. Clean, comfy, good WIFI, everything you could need in the perfect spot really. The little guidebook to Brasov was a lovely touch too. It was also super easy to find & get in with the codes etc and Magda was easy to get in touch with and gave some helpful tips as well. Really can’t fault our stay, thank you so much.
There were a couple of realllly minor things, I requested for the sofa bed to be set up for our arrival which it wasn’t, it was very easy to do myself which was fine but the bedsheets I had to use were from the drawer in the room which were a little musty. They were clean but had obviously been in the drawer for some time so this is just a note for the future. It might also be a nice idea to add some bolt locks to the back of the doors just as female travellers you don’t know who else might have access to the codes for the doors so that can be a nice added measure too (but I felt incredibly safe the entire time in Brasov anyway) - again very minor things, I would deffo stay again :)
