Overall a good stay. No issues.

Private parking was good although a little bit to walk. Staff very kind and helped with bags.

Spacious rooms, freshly redecorated but keeping an authentic style, location is perfect - in the heart of the city, perfect to explore what the city has best to offer, taking in a great vibe and beautiful views of Tampa. Staff always helpful and polite, helped us order taxis on our departure, very convenient fee for late check out for a small fee, really worth it. Breakfast was good, had various options for all tastes.

The location of the hotel was great close to all the activities. breakfast very good.The staff were very nice and helpful.

The room was on the second floor with no elevator.

The A/C didn’t work, it was much cooler outside than in the hotel rooms at night. After suffering 2 nights and complaining several times they moved us to a different room which they guaranteed “100%” that the A/C worked it wasn’t much better. I’m not sure if it’s a language barrier and their idea of A/C is ventilation, but it was still warm even though the A/C was set on 10 degrees C. I was excited to check out after 3 nights of sleeping “hot”. We live in Florida and are used to being hot outside but we know what air conditioning is and this hotel had NONE. I would not recommend staying here in the summer time.
