Schuster is very lucky to have Viorel as one of their reception staff. He is very responsive - on one of our nights in hotel, I had to leave hotel for early morning train and Viorel arranged for hot breakfast half an hour before breakfast official start time. Really appreciated that as it meant I did not go hungry at breakfast time for a whole-day tour of the multiple castles near Brasov.
He also knew how to handle the slight room ventilation issue. So we had a good night's sleep after that.
Location is good although parking is not allowed in front of hotel - just a short walk away on cobblestone path.
Schuster is well-organized - observing how they manage the good breakfast buffet spread, I think a lot of thought has gone into planning and organization.

No parking; ask the staff to help you with your bags outside the venue. Rooms are super charming but small. But it was ok for me as a solo traveler. The breakfast was to die for! A wonderful buffet.
