Nice building style, good rooms, clean, everything all right. Four parking spots and one of them was for us (although not guaranteed, we arrived in time so we did not have to find a public parking spot further away). The city center is in (a little longer) walking distance, also possible through the park on the other side of the road (steep stairs at the end of the park down into the city center), very interesting.
We had a room with window to the street with cars going by often during the day (a little noisy), but not much in the night, so everything was basically all right.

They sent the registration in Romanian. It was not possible to do it by ourself.
Casa Morit located on high up in the hill. This was very hard to carry bag and walked up hill on broken public stairway.
I will not recommend this place to anyone.
