Bella Muzica offers an excellent combination of traditional charm, prime location, and outstanding value for money. Our two-night stay gave us the opportunity to experience both room types – the standard room on our first night was compact but comfortable, while the deluxe room on our second night was notably more spacious and beautifully appointed with authentic wooden beams and traditional furnishings that create a wonderful sense of stepping back in time.
A word of caution for taller guests: the historic beams sit quite low in the deluxe rooms. My partner, who’s over 6 feet tall, found it challenging to stand upright in the shower, so shorter guests may find these rooms more suitable. While the bathroom amenities were adequate with functional soap dispensers, an upgrade to more premium toiletries would enhance the experience, particularly in the deluxe accommodations.
The breakfast was generous and satisfying, served by friendly staff. However, the real standout was the hotel restaurant – the food is exceptional and the service provided by Raul was absolutely outstanding. I cannot recommend the dining experience highly enough.
Bella Muzica serves as an excellent base for exploring the beautiful city of Brașov, which truly is unforgettable. A practical tip: check attraction tickets and opening hours in advance, as popular sites often sell out or have unexpected closures for maintenance (the cable car was under repair during our visit). The hotel reception can be a valuable resource for current information.
This is definitely a place I’d return to, both for the accommodation and the superb restaurant. Highly recommended for those seeking authentic character and excellent value.
