This property was perfectly located overlooking the most famous landmark in Brasov (the Black Church). The property owner/host was incredibly kind and helpful. The only downside was the lack of parking. The owner has one parking space located about 1.5 blocks away which you will need to rent at a cost of an additional 50 Euros not included in the cost of the rental unit. The only other parking option is a VERY expensive lot with limited parking hours. The property is beautiful; however, the lobby and former attached restaurant on the first flood entry are currently being renovated, so just ignore the mess and proceed upstairs. You will be glad you did. Brasov was the highlight of Romania for me and this property helped with my pleasant experience.

We loved how close it was to old city center. We also loved that they had an air conditioner that actually worked. It may the stay so much more pleasant.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and much bigger than we were expecting. The king-size bed was very comfortable, and the softer bed in the lounge area was great as well. The bathroom was spotless, and the shower was excellent. The location is perfect, right in the centre of Brasov Old Town, making it easy to explore the area, and it was also very easy to reach from the airport. Estzer, our host, was lovely, and every member of staff we met was super helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. We would highly recommend staying here and would happily return in the future.

This place was amazing. The host was great and friendly. This property is located a 20 second walk from the square. The building is gorgeous and period architectural details were kept true to the period. We were worried about parking and our luggage. But the host reserved a parking spot for us. The walk with our luggage was slightly inconvenient from the parking to the hotel but honestly there was nowhere else available to park anyway. The host arranged for someone to bring up and down the luggage for us which was helpful. I didn’t want to hurt my back on vacation. The room was on the 2nd floor Canadian way or 1st floor Romanian way. The view from our window was of the black church, and the Main Street. The rooms were pretty sound proofed. One thing they could improve on is put a little bench in the bathroom below the window or some hooks. When taking a shower there is nowhere to put our clothes. No surface whatsoever. Location is as good as it gets. We were in the 1 bedroom with kind bed and sofa bed. The bed was a little stiff, but I actually slept completely fine and my back was good.
