Perfect solo spot for a week long stay during Rockstadt Extreme Fest. The room is small but has more than enough space for sitting and relaxing. I appreciated the mini fridge which was a lifesaver during the heatwave. While it lacks AC, leaving the window open at night dropped the room to 20°C or under, and cozy blankets kept things comfortable. The bathroom is a decent wet-room combo; just keep the fan running to clear out the dampness and you're good.

Since you have to keep the window open to cool the room down, you face a bit of a catch-22. Being on the ground floor right next to the owner's car means you'll hear engines running or people smoking and chatting outside and if they're smoking, that air drifts right into your room. Fortunately, it wasn't a constant issue: most mornings were quiet, and by the time I rolled back from Rockstadt late at night, everyone was already asleep.

The design of the studio is very interesting, a combination of modern and traditional elements. There was a kitchenette equipped with all the essentials. The owners are very kind, we had privacy and even though it's located in the historical center, it was very quiet. Great location, a lot of restaurants nearby, good price for this location in Brasov. I highly recommend!

The place was clean, cozy, warm, you have everything you'll need on your stay here. The owner was very nice to us. I would recommend this place to everyone.

The only downside is that the mobile signal and internet connection is a bit weak but otherwise everything was great. For me, personally, it wasn't a big problem.
