Everything was perfect to my need

the location - near the old city, parking, good breakfast, good size room
no lift, the size of bathroom is small, the breakfast is fixed - you have 6 choices, if you want something more you have to ask - not always pleasant situation

Close to old town. Hostess happily carried our bags to our room. Quiet with comfortable beds and nice bathroom.

The guest house was only a short 10-15 minute walk from the historic city center and not far from a bus stop. There is also a convenience store teo doors down. A breakfast was included, and the menu varies with typical breakfast items like eggs, pastries, coffee, etc. The food was good. The room was spacious and cosy. The AC worked very well. The view from the balcony was nice. The staff were very helpful and polite. The aesthetic was very much what one wants from a traditional Romanian accommodation in the Brasov area.
No complaints. It was exactly what I expected.
