Convenient location 5 minutes from Coco Walk shops & eateries, and great to have on-site designated parking. The host responded immediately when we reported the problem below
The smart lock instructions were inaccurate, it took a while to figure it out. The blinds have nearly all lost the rod to adjust them. Sadly there was a cleaning problem & the apartment had not been prepared.

The location was excellent for walking to coconut grove area.
The property is very dated in terms of decoration and furnishings / kitchen units. It had black mould in the bedroom on the wall behind the bed and on the ceiling which looked like someone had tried to cover up with a very poor paint job.
The bedroom needed a curtain to blackout the lights to the rear carpark because it was light in there all night! The window in the bathroom had no blind and it felt like there was very little privacy when using the shower especially at night, it needs some film adding to the inside of the window to obscure the view from the neighbours.
There was also quite alot of banging from the people upstairs late at night.
