Good location, nice view, kind staff, pool and jacuzzy. Good communication with host, good parking
Bathroom fan loude but not working. Safe is not drilled down do not useable.

The stunning views, prime location, and the management’s prompt and efficient communication made the experience even better.
Some of the appliances, like the microwave, are falling apart and could use updating. It would also be great if beach essentials were provided, along with more towels for added convenience.

Location was superb and balcony view amazing. Checkin was seamless. Bed was very comfortable and there was no noise. Good facilities. Pool and spa lovely. So close to shops of beautiful Coconut Grove or walks in park and foreshore.
Looking a tiny bit tired. Several maintenance items we referred to owners who were great in keeping in close contact and responding quickly.

The ocean view
Booking .com said I could check in early to update my check-in time.. So, me thinking it was approved, move my flight up only to get there are 11am and have to wait in the lobby until 3pm waiting on the room to be serviced.
