Excellent location, in the heart of Coconut Grove, walking distance to Coco Walk, Excellent for a couple or for a family (up to 4 members), renovated place.
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION, very quiet neighborhood yet very close to the action.
Free trolley service, fresh market and public library almost in the corner, this is an excellent place for your vacations or business travel.
PRIVATE PARKING SPOT. (1 car) Please park in designated area or your vehicle could be towed away.
This is a very modern yet cozy apartment on the first floor. It is a small 9 unit apartment building with a well lit private parking.
WE PROVIDE SMART TV's with high speed internet for your convenience. You can sign in to your content provider (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc)
You will be very comfortable since it has everything you need to make you feel at home.
It is a very quiet neighborhood but also at walking distance to the all the action.

Great location for a weekend in Coconut Grove. Parking was a plus. Everything was walkable and safe. Charming area with so many people out walking dogs and kids. Unit was fairly well equipped for 3-4 people. We had 1 adult and 2 teens on trip. It’s a great place to base out of. You won’t spend a lot of time sitting around the unit. Trundle/day bed had comfortable mattress on the top. Any issues were addressed immediately by owner. Would stay there again for sure.

My only complaint was that there was no soap in the bathroom and the entrance gate needs rubber stoppers so that every time the gate is slammed it does not wake up the whole building.
#6 is tight above the entrance gate.
