Free trolley service, fresh market and public library almost in the corner, this is an excellent place for your vacations or business travel.

This is a very modern yet cozy apartment on the second floor. It is a small 9 unit apartment building with a well lit private parking.
WE PROVIDE SMART TV's with high speed internet for your convenience. You can sign in to your content provider (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc)
You will be very comfortable since it has everything you need to make you feel at home.
It is a very quiet neighborhood but also at walking distance to the all the action.

Nice clean basic accommodation for a single or couple. Contactless check-in was a breeze and communication with host was very good. Parking included. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars etc in Coconut Grove.

I had a great day. They have a bunch of great amenities and the kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook.. The location was close to the art exhibit expo was walking distance, and everyone was friendly within the area

We stayed here for 2 days to go to an ID CAMP at the University of Miami. There were no hand towels or face towels and once we reached out to the host they responded right away but we never got what was needed. Reached out again and didn’t get a response for about 9 hours. The fridge was dirty although we didn’t use and the bathroom door didn’t lock. Other than that the place was comfortable and clean enough for the short stay.
