About this apartment rental
This beautiful studio was once a one bedroom but we opened it to an airy, spacious living space. It has ceiling to floor windows and a balcony overlooking water views, white coral floors, full kitchen, stainless steel appliances, sub zero fridge freezer and both new and antique eclectic furnishings. It has all the conveniences you could require including wifi, washer/ dryer, hairdryer and iron.
There are 2 queen size beds, one new traditional, the other is a tempurpedic mattress on an opium bed frame that doubles as a large couch. The unit is clean, quiet, elegant and has a truly unique, peaceful feeling to it.
The apartment is a privately owned unit in the luxurious Mutiny Hotel situated in the heart of Coconut Grove. All the hotel facilities are available for renters, swimming pool, hot tub, gym, sauna, front desk and valet should you choose. There is a parking space included with the apartment so you can self park if you prefer.
Coconut grove is a charming pedestrian community with a wide selection of both convenience and fine dining restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, retail stores and designer boutiques and movie theater. There are waterfront parks, organic farmers market, Fresh Market grocery store, sailing clubs and historic sites.
It is a real gem of an apartment in one of the most sought after locations in Miami.

I loved this apartment. It has wonderful energy and a view that is gorgeous. Beautiful pool area. Location is across from the bay and right in the village of coconut grove. Restaurants and shops galore. I was there during Hurricane Ian which was just a tropical storm for us. However there were 2 days of very windy and rainy weather which kept me mostly inside. But with the great view, a full,kitchen, books, art and internet, I was very content I was there for 11 days and will definitely book again on my next Miami trip. If you can grab this place, do it. Perfection!

Perfect location. The apartment has everything you need. Made breakfast every day in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoyed while sitting on the private balcony. What a view! Beds very comfortable, big closet for hanging clothes, nice bathroom with amenities and a washer and dryer too!
Highly recommend this property.
We're looking forward to next year's stay.
