LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION, very quiet neighborhood yet very close to the action.
Free trolley service, fresh market and public library almost in the corner, this is an excellent place for your vacations or business travel.
PRIVATE PARKING SPOT. (1 car) Please park in designated area or your vehicle could be towed away.
This is a very modern yet cozy apartment on the first floor. It is a small 9 unit apartment building with a well lit private parking.
WE PROVIDE SMART TV's with high speed internet for your convenience. You can sign in to your content provider (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc)
You will be very comfortable since it has everything you need to make you feel at home.
It is a very quiet neighborhood but also at walking distance to the all the action.

Apartment is well maintained and comfortable. It is in a great location in the historic area of Coconut Grove. Walking distance to
many shops and restaurants, marina, parks, and metro rail station. We lived in the grove for many years prior to moving overseas. It wasvery nice spending time in our old stomping grounds and seeing all the new development. We would recommend staying in this lovely area.

This was a nice spot and was good for what we needed. I wouldn’t have wanted to spend a lot of time in the apartment but we had a busy weekend so we only used the place for sleeping. My one recommendation to the owner is to hang the bathroom mirror higher (I’m 5’6” and couldn’t see myself while getting ready because the mirror was too low). The location was perfect though!
