It is difficult to communicate with the person in charge. It takes a long time to respond.

A waste of time and money - had no way of accessing the property!!
Nothing.
I wasn’t sent any information on how to access the property, despite sending off the necessary documents. I didn’t even get the chance to get INSIDE the property. I used the Ring Doorbell twice, no one responded. Knocked on the door and used the secondary doorbell, no answer again. I tried contacting the property with the phone number from booking.com and didn’t get a response multiple times. Booking.com Customer Service tried to contact them by phone and by email, and they also got no response. Been completely robbed of my money for a property I didn’t even get to stay in, and on top of that, I’ve also been sent an invoice of £250 for a property that, once again, I didn’t even step foot inside of. Complete waste of time and a scam. To anyone who is considering this property as an option, I encourage you to scroll past this one and look elsewhere. It’s not worth the hassle.
