The apartment was really great, both location and facilities. Despite being right next to all the fun stuff, the apartment was quiet. Management was always resposive and communicative.
Dublin's weather is great, but the bedrooms can get warm and the provided fans were too small and somewhat noisy. But still manageable.

The location couldn't be beat. On the outskirts of Temple Bar so attractions and a lot restaurants were very close by, but not in the heart of the tourist area. A quick walk to Dublin Castle, Stephens Green, Trinity College, the Quay etc. There was minimal street and city noise, though a lot of pigeons squawking day and night.
The apartment is located next door to a launderette that apparently works most of the night. I was awoken each morning before dawn to overpowering smells from next door. Also, the beds were very stiff.
