It was in a great spot.
The bedroom was small so the bed was against the wall,makes it difficult to get out.

La proximité du centre historique de rennes . Le charme de ce petit appartement. La réactivité des hôtes La cuisine bien équipée.
Gros problème d'isolation phonique des fenêtres . Le fait d'être au centre ville implique la présence de nombreux bars et des nuisances sonores associées. Rien de grave en soit mais cela réduit nettement le confort du séjour (la nuit) La cabine de douche est petite.

Beaucoup de points à améliorer: - nettoyage de la SDB ( entrebâillement portes de douche) - peinture des portes et du salon à refaire - plancher à refaire - dessous de casseroles sales - égouttoir à vaisselle rouillé - sol et plan de travail de cuisine brûlé. etc Des détails qui ont leur importance
