Panoramic Apartment

The location was absolutely perfect, and the views from the balcony made it even better. The apartment was a good size, and the furniture comfy. I would still recommend staying at this apartment, especially for it's location alone, but the below details made us feel a bit disappointed.

There were a few things that disappointed us. The apartment wasn't dirty but it wasn't completely clean either, hairs on one of the beds and stains on some of the furniture. The kitchen utensils and cookware weren't the best - there wasn't any bowls, the knives and scissors were completely blunt, and most of the pans had their inner coating peeled off. We weren't given enough toilet paper for our four night stay, and when we messaged to see if they had other toilet paper available, we were bluntly told to go buy some from the shops. You expect basic essentials like toilet paper to be provided when you are paying to stay somewhere. Another issue was that although they state there is free parking available, it is actually a public car park, so if it is full you have to find somewhere else to pay and park. This happened to us once, and it was very difficult to find somewhere to park.
