Great place to stay, helpful staff and amazing views

Great views over old town and Adriatic, nice clean room, lovely pool area, friendly and helpful staff, lovely restaurant next door.

Pool towels never available, no room cleaning which we didn’t mind: we were happy to reuse bath towels but no toilet roll (bought our own) or shower products replaced and hand wash was so watered down that it was almost water. We enjoyed our stay, staff were great and would recommend but think feedback important so improvements can be made

Great view and sauna, but would book elsewhere next time.

The sauna that we didn’t know about saved the day! The host was kind and accommodating as well. The view was beautiful and close to old town and next door to a good restaurant.

The jacuzzi is not a hot tub. This is the same temperature as the pool. This was very disappointing since we booked primarily for the hot tub. Parking was a bit unclear. The security guard(?) made us a bit uncomfortable at times. Just note there is not a direct path to the beach/old town. The room smelled smoky and the fridge was not on (we thought it was broken)for the first part of our stay and had to get assistance for that, but the next day we were able to get groceries. The shower did not drain, and we were unable to take showers without turning the water off most of the time.

Best place in Budva!

Amazing apartment, very well cleaned with an amazing view. Pool area was incredible, with an amazing view, 10 minutes walk to mogren beach, we could not ask for a better place to stay! Will definitely be back whenever we go to budva! Thank you to the host that helped us with everything, always available to answer our questions!

Amazing hiking trips through 7 world wonders from apartment to the beach

The apartment was super clean, everything looked new and nice, and the staff were really friendly – no complaints about that part!

But the location, oh man. On Booking it said “100m from the beach” yeah, maybe if you’re a bird flying straight down! In reality, it’s up in the hills on halfway between beach and the Moon. From the beach, you look up and the apartment is chilling next to the clouds. I’m pretty sure I saw a plane wave at me from the same level. Getting to the beach feels like an episode of Survivor. You don’t walk – you hike. I passed three different climates, two goats, and had an existential crisis halfway down. On the way back up, you need a snack break, motivational speech, and possibly oxygen. If you decide to go by car, make sure its full on gas and that you have replacement tire, that way you have a slight chance of reaching the beach, but when you get there don't worry about thinking how to find parking, you definitely won't find one, so just come back to the apartmen and enjoy AMAZING pool and view that it offers... So yeah, great place… but bring hiking equipment instead of flip flops and swimwear. 😄

Beautiful Budva apartments

Stunning views of Budva from the apartment! The room was very clean, comfortable and has quiet surroundings. Short 15mins walk to the town and beach. The host was so kind and even brought me something to eat as I arrived late the evening. Would love to stay here again

The view was amazing and great value for money

We would have liked some more information on arrival about the sauna for example and I don't think the room was cleaned while we were there. Our towels kept getting dirty with no replacements so we had to keep swapping them out for the swimming pool towels downstairs.

Disappointing

The villa was located at the top of the city. It was nice, the beds were fine, the terrace was okay. It was neat

One of the days during our stay, there was no running water at the villa even when we came back from the beach in the afternoon. We had to come and beg them few times to turn on the water so we can have a shower. The staff was not always there so the only one at the villa was the security guard. OK, I can try to ignore these thing, but the most terrible thing that happen to us was the fine at the border. The owner did not report our stay at the villa, even though we paid extra charges about that. It is their obligation to do that.

Most amazing view in Budva

Really beautiful and we'll maintained place. Views are amazing, the only take away that I was unable to pay by card as machine was broken, had to do bank transfer on the spot and this was a bit stressful.. very safe and secure with mini kitchen inside. Parking was also no hustle. Thanks for having us.

Just because of the view

What is the greatest here is the view, if you are lucky and your balcony is in the middle - you have a great view around.

If you don't have a car or you are not using a taxi, the way from the city and the beach is far, and you need to go up the hill. No supermarkets around.

Great views, relatively close to the old town of Budva. A decent hotel.

Only accepted cash, only the owner spoke English, others spoke only Russian. We ordered online a room with sea view, arrive and get a room without sea view. Thankfully this was corrected.

Splendid but weird way to welcome

Of course the location & view, splendid. Perfectly clean & confortable.

The personel. No hello, no welcome. "Passeport"...a "please" would be nice. Trash from previous guests was still on the balcony but no big deal. It can happen. Just a little explanation (swimming pool etc) would have been apreciated, so that you won't feel like an intruder in the premices. Again when returning the key, no "thanks" no goodbye. Not used to it that's all.

It is a bit of a weird vibe this hotel, only being able to pay with cash and it seemed that most guests were people ready to party at night. The rooms were very old and outdated. For the price you pay, you would expect a lot more. I would not recommend this place.

Sea view room = wall view room

Location is good if coming with a car. A nice restaurant next door is a plus.

We reserved "an sea view room", as I had shown to the manager. Instead, we got a room with the view of the wall. I mean, literally, a straight-on view of the wall immediately in front. Rather than admit that it's a mishap, the manager tried to convince me that, no, it's a sea view room, because if you go to the far end of the balcony on the right, and turn 90 degrees, you'll see a sliver of the sea. When we wouldn't have it, he agreed to upgrade us to a larger room next door which did have a proper sea view, but only for one night, and second night we had to move and stay in the "wall view room". So, beware when booking a "sea view room" you may end up with this view. Additionally, for the entire three days, there was an ironing board sitting in front of our door, which staff used for their needs. Hardly a guest-friendly decor.

Nice view of the old town if you had an apartment facing that way. High security with 24 h guards by the front door.

English language knowledge of the staff was basically non-existing. This was a huge problem for us as we had difficulties checking in. Upon check-in we got the information that the person who had previously stayed in the room had not left. A couple of hours later we were still not able to check in due to something was broken in the room. Finally, we got another room, in way worse condition that the room we had booked. The room had no view, and was smaller. We argued that we should get our money back for the nights we had to stay in the lower standard room - but basically got nothing back. Even though it wasn't entirely the hotell's fault that we had to stay in another room for a few nights, they should have offered us something in return. The information about the distance to the beach is simply not true. It is 4 km, not 100-150 m. This is a lot when the main reason for booking a place is the proximity to the beach. We had limited kitchen equipment and had to go and ask for basic things like cuttlery and a saucepan. Very loud during evenings due to other guests partying and not respecting rules, as well as music from the town playing all night. Pool was dirty.

I booked a sea view and was expecting the view as per images on booking.com. it isn’t a sea view. it’s around the side looking over a sceptic tank. the owner knows this and says Booking.com also know but say it is a sea view. the room was basic
