The apartment is of decent size to accomodate 2-3 people and is located few mimutes walk from Budva old town and Slovenska beach.
The host was not there to meet and the instruction about apartment and garage location was somewhat confusing.
The property did not accept card payment. It accepted cash or intl bank transfer.
The property did not report my stay even though it charged city tax. I had to find tourist office, report my stay, and pay city tax again.
The advertized parking fee on Booking was not up to date.

It was well maintained, and I liked the vibe the moment I stepped in the apartment.
It is accessible to everywhere, which is a very helpful for me since I am not good with maps and locations.
The owner, Ms. Katrina helped me saved my travel from Dubai airport that day.
Whatever concerns I had, she managed and she was responsive anytime I messaged her.
I'll surely choose the place if I plan to come back again.
Nothing that I didn't like, however I would recommend to have a frying pan, as I was using the pot for frying eggs.
Could also add microwave and hanging clothes rack.
I chose the apartment accommodation specifically for me to be in a "home away from home" ambiance, which I achieved, except for those small necessities.

Très bonne localisation à proximité de la vieille ville de Budva.

Instructions d’arrivée trop vagues pour trouver le bon immeuble une fois dans le parking.
Quasiment aucun équipement de cuisine, pas de cafetière
