Pete and Katie are really nice. They will help with ideas on what to do and how to get to places. They make the place really homely and made me feel very welcome when I arrived. The room was really clean and the area really beautiful and quiet. Very relaxing. Thanks Katie and Pete

Beautiful spot well situated for Keswick and Cockermouth. Near a busy road which makes access convenient but still feels quiet. Our room was spacious and well appointed with a comfortable bed. Felt like a lovely cosy retreat to come back to after a day out walking in the wind and rain. Breakfast was well organised, very tasty and there was a good amount of choice on offer. Service was very quick but never felt hurried or rushed. Peter and Katie were great hosts and had lots of tips and recommendations. Got in contact with us quickly when we left an item behind after checking out.
