About this house rental
This house has everything you need for the perfect vacation. It is nestled in the heart of the beautiful Sea Pines Resort and it is close to everything. This property offers 4 full size bedroom and 3.5 baths.
At the heart of this property, you’ll find open living spaces with gorgeous natural light flowing in from two stories of windows that stretch to cathedral ceilings. Enjoy sitting on oversized and comfortable sleeper sofas while watching the big screen smart TV. Accent that with two plush recliners in front the soaring decorative fireplace.
The kitchen and dining area offers granite countertops and vibrant colored chairs and bench seating. It is perfect for cooking and entertaining with wide slab granite all around. Stretching out into the expansive open living space, a wide counter of granite offers bar seating for four while guiding you into the gourmet kitchen. Here you’ll find everything you need to create a culinary masterpiece. Stainless appliances and a wide center island for extra workspace.
The doors open to an outside open living space give way to a spacious lanai, boasting a calm tranquil conservation area leading to steps to an updated pool deck, pool, and jet spa to relax with pool heat if desired for an extra daily fee. There is a $50 per day fee for the pool and spa or a $25 per day to only use the spa heat.
Four guest rooms continue to express best of Lowcountry living amid marvelously updated surroundings. The first of three on the ground floor could function as a main suite, with its sprawling California king-size bed set beneath a ceiling fan and spacious en-suite bathroom with dual-basin vanity, expansive walk-in shower and separate tub.
A few steps across the foyer, you'll find another pair of bedrooms. One has a full bath with spacious walk-in shower. There is also another full bath beside these rooms. King beds in both rooms with plenty of space to relax and unwind. Both include a work desk space.
The final bedroom can be is perfect for the kids with 4 brightly colored oversized twin beds as well as a beautiful and comfortable king bed. This room also provides a space to play games which are provided and space for the kids, both young and old.
This house has private parking and a full sized 2 car garage. There is a 3 car maximum outside. We offer beach chairs and accessories for your beach experience. Plenty of beach chairs, body surf boards and a wagon are available.
This is a PET FRIENDLY home! Please let us know if you will be bringing a furry friend with you. There is a $250 non-refundable pet fee for the 1st approved pet and an additional $150 for a 2nd approved pet. There is a 2 dog limit and both pets must weigh 40lbs or lower. Any dogs over 40lbs must be approved by the owner prior to booking. Please let us know if you have any questions!

This house was perfect for our family (Eight adults and two young children) It had plenty of space for all of us to be together, yet enough bedrooms and baths to meet our individual needs. The kids’ room upstairs was adorable!

The property was ideal for our needs. It was well located within Sea Pines and the upstairs bedroom was perfect for out granddaughters and their friends. They also loved the pool in the evening after a day at the beach. The only issue we had was with the bikes - one did not have properly functioning brakes and another kept throwing the chain. As a result, we ended up renting bikes during our stay.

This home was everything we were looking for. It was so well equipped and had every need anticipated. The home and yard were clean and the hostess was very personable and helpful.
