Oyster Catcher 4

Location in Sea Pines and to the beach was excellent. Loved the large kitchen and openness to the living space. The bedrooms were spacious enough. And we loved that our dog was allowed.

Floors could've been cleaner. The mattress in the first bedroom at the top of the stairs was very uncomfortable. My daughter ended up sleeping on the couch because it hurt her back so much (and she is 22, so very young). They need to add full length mirrors to either all the bedrooms or at least 1 in a common area. I feel like a full length mirror is a must. Also, some of the outside lights were burnt out which made taking the dog out at night difficult.

The house and location were nice. The rooms were a nice size. Everyone having their own bathroom was good. Overall it was a great week.

We found that the floors looked clean but walking around barefoot we noticed that our feet were filthy. Dropped an earring that went underneath bed and upon reaching for it the dust under the bed was thick. The two chairs in living rooms were uncomfortable. The bunk room needs some dresser. Sun never reached the pool to warm it up some, so we never got to use. Cost to have it heated is pretty high on top of rental cost.

Convenient, clean, mostly updated, comfortable and worked well for our family.

Didn’t have a garage for storing beach items and bikes but we managed without. There wasn’t much to dislike.

We arrived an hour early at 3 o’clock on December 4, 2025. The property was already clean and ready for check-in, but they denied our early check-in. It was rainy and cold and they would not let us check in an hour early. The indoor fireplace was not available for use and the outdoor gas fire pit was extremely difficult to start, and all the cushions on the outdoor furniture were soaking wet. The coffee maker is junk.
