This upscale 6-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom townhome sleeps 16 guests and features four King bedrooms and two Queen-over-Queen bunk rooms, making it perfect for families or large groups. Equipped with seven TVs, Alexa, WiFi, and a Keurig, the home combines modern technology with elegant finishes, including gray hardwood floors and tasteful décor throughout.
The main living area is located on the first floor and includes a fully equipped kitchen with white countertops, black stainless steel appliances, and a flat-top stove, along with a dining table that seats six and a breakfast bar with four stools. The living room features a gray L-shaped couch, matching loveseat, high ceilings, a 58” Smart TV, and a beverage center with a sink, wine racks, wine fridge, and ice maker. Two bedrooms are also on this floor: a King with an ensuite bath and a Queen-over-Queen bunk room with its own private bath. A half bathroom completes the level. Step outside to the private pool deck, furnished with lounge chairs, wicker seating, and small tables—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The 18' x 12' pool can be heated for an additional fee.

We were in town for a wedding at the HT Yacht Club, and this home and location could not have been better. The house was well-appointed, offering public spaces that comfortably accommodated both adults and kids. The main floor layout and pool area provided the perfect space to host some additional family members for a short time while the kids could enjoy the 4th-floor bonus area or the "secret" game room created in the second garage. One of the big wins for this house is the inclusion of bikes and beach chairs. Considering the additional expense these add to vacations, including them with the rental was a nice value-add. Overall, we really enjoyed the space and will look at 7 Genoa Ct the next time we have a family event in Sea Pines.

This property was ok. Couldn't get spa to work. There was nothing extra. One bar of soap for each bathroom. There was one small spoon and one wine glass. Mostly just a hodge podge of kitchen stuff. No long lounge chairs by the pool
