At home, the private, 300 sq ft atrium makes the perfect spot for enjoying the outdoors, with plush patio furniture and a gorgeous gas firepit provided for ultimate leisure and round-the-clock comfort. A wraparound glass enclosure offers strong natural lighting indoors while also providing serene views throughout the space. A separate deck off of the living room comes complete with a covered dining set and a gas grill for alfresco meals.
Inside, plush seating and a central fireplace set the stage for casual family downtime in the living room, while the corner den offers a breakout spot for reading or quiet conversation. Both rooms are equipped with their own smart TVs for flexible entertainment offerings. The fully stocked cook's kitchen includes an eat-in nook and built-in bar seating, along with all the major appliances and accessories you'll need for easy home cooking. A formal dining area extends from the kitchen. Contemporary essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

House was great for 2 larger families. Furniture, amenities, carpet, etc were fine and in line with expectations for price. Family room and kitchen nice and large for gathering and games. Kitchen well stocked and had a couple beach chairs and boogie boards in the garage. Would return.

We really loved the unique layout of the house with a beautiful atrium in the middle!
The bedrooms are separated with plenty of space for all. Beautiful bathrooms and bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped and functioned well.
Family reunion was so much fun

Super spacious house with multiple places to hangout. Very clean and well set up!

The home is very good for large groups. There is plenty of space for families to spread out into the various bedrooms and the garage has space to store beach gear, cars, bikes, etc. The living and dining space can host a large dinners and game time. The problem is in the state of the carpets, floors, and furnishings. The home is also very close to everything in Sea Pines. A short drive, walk, or bike ride to Harbour Town and the Beaches. There were many things that needed a very deep clean or to be replaced all together.
