15 Heath is a Palmetto Dunes 5-bedroom vacation home. Guests visiting 15 Heath will be able to enjoy the 8-by-17-foot private pool or have their toes in the sand at the beach, which is just a 5-minute walk away! The Palmetto Dunes Tennis and Pickleball Center, three golf courses, multiple shops and restaurants give guests of all ages something to explore – without leaving the resort! This property is also pet friendly – so no need to leave the dog home!
After parking in the private driveway, with a 2-car garage and room for 2 additional cars in the driveway, guests enter through the French glass doors into the foyer of the home. To the right, the dining area is furnished with a painted-wooden table, accommodating up to 10 guests. The living room is set up with two sofas and two plush chairs, centered around a wall-mounted tv. Continue through the home, the glass panel doors lead to the kitchen, fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, two sinks, and a breakfast bar with seating for four. The kitchen is open to the second living room, with an additional sofa and two chairs, facing a flat screen tv. An additional glass dining table is found just beyond the sofa, with seating for six. Across the hall, the in-home laundry room provides a washer and dryer, as well as a sink and additional storage.
The master bedroom, located just off the living room, boasts a king-sized sleigh bed, a flat screen tv, and an ensuite bathroom containing a walk-in shower, jacuzzi tub, his-and-hers sinks, and plenty of closet space. The first guest bedroom entails a king-size bed, dresser, and walk-mounted flat screen tv. The ensuite bathroom holds a traditional shower and tub combination and single sink vanity. The second guest room features two sets of full-over-full bunk beds, a flat screen tv that lies on the dresser, and an ensuite bathroom that includes a traditional shower and tub combination and single-sink vanity. The third guest bedroom holds a king bed, flat screen tv, and an ensuite bath containing a traditional shower and tub combination and single-sink vanity. The last guest room is furnished with two twin beds, separated by a night table and a dresser with a flat screen tv. The ensuite bath contains a traditional shower and tub combination and single sink vanity.
With plenty of space inside the home for the entire family, guests will also enjoy the outdoor gathering areas. Off the living room and kitchen, guests can access the upper deck, furnished with a patio table and umbrella and a propane grill. Down the deck stairs to the pool deck, guests can relax and enjoy the fresh air in the Adirondack chairs, the lounge chairs or have a seat at the second patio table.

The house is big! Great location for our needs! Well furnished, surface-cleaned very well (but cold air returns were filthy, which is not good for allergies or efficient A/C.) This one, like MANY, has too much “stuff” sitting around. You must move their vases, sea shells and greenery so you can put YOUR stuff somewhere (mostly in the living room, as we each have our iPads, phones, wine glasses, etc.) My biggest issue is this: The listing shows “sleeps 22.” We had 8 gals there for a pickleball trip, so no problem. But the deck had a table with only SIX chairs. That’s a big deal for us, as there were no other chairs appropriate for the deck. So try having snacks and drinks when 2 people must stand?!? It’s ridiculous to list that you could have even 12 adults living there, but can’t all be on the deck enjoying time together. (There is plenty of room for another table and 6 more chairs.) We examined the photos of even the deck seating before we locked in our location for Oct 2025.

The layout of this house is perfect for a large family. It’s ideal for older family members with most rooms on the main. There is an additional king bedroom up a short stairway which is perfect for teenage gamers.
This home also has two living areas, a formal dining and an eat in kitchen dining table. Multiple tvs so when raining days prevent beach trips, you don’t have to fight over which show to watch.
Unlike many houses that I have rented, this house gives you access to the garage for parking which is nice.
There is a private pool but it is very small. No need to bring beach towels because plenty of really nice towels are provided.
I also received a credit for activities for bikes or beach chairs. Unfortunately, I never received my bikes but it’s a nice addition.
I will definitely rent again

Great visit with family. House was great with lots of rooms and different bed configurations. Large eating areas as well as coat dining areas. Nice set up to watch tvs in different rooms yet all be together.
