This gorgeous 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home is located in Palmetto Dunes on Hilton Head Island only two rows from the ocean. As you walk in from the garage you will first notice the beautiful white tiled floors. To the right of the entrance and down the hall is the large laundry room that has an extra refrigerator and H/E front loading washer and dryer. Just past the laundry room is a bedroom with hardwood floors, two queen size beds with a blue coastal theme, a 43” mounted TV and vanity area with adjoining private bathroom with single vanity and large walk in shower. On the other side of the hall is another guest bedroom. This one has hardwood floors, a king bed with navy blue coastal bedspread and a mounted 43” TV. The private bathroom has a single vanity with quartz top and a tub/shower combo. At the end of the hall is the back door that leads you out to the back yard.

The kitchen has a large walk-in pantry, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including a 5-burner Wolf gas stove and double ovens. There are three stools at the countertop to sit and enjoy a snack while the chef prepares the meal. The kitchen table seats six. The adjacent living room has a blue queen sleeper sofa and matching love seat, two accent chairs with ottomans and a 50” mounted TV over the fireplace. This room has lots of natural light and overlooks the outside deck which can be accessed from both the kitchen and living room. The deck has a large table that seats eight and a Weber gas grill for your outdoor dining. The dining room provides even more seating with another table that has four chairs and a bench seat.

At the front of the house, to the left of the main door, is another bedroom with hardwood floors, two queen beds, a walk-in closet and a 43” mounted TV. This room shares a bathroom with the hallway and has a single vanity with quartz top and a tub/shower combo. Across from the front door is another living room complete with a blue sectional couch with chaise lounge, an additional chair & ottoman and a 70” TV on top of a dark wood entertainment center. The sliding glass doors open to a screened-in porch with a wicker patio couch and three chairs. This overlooks the backyard and pool deck. A great place to stay cool, relax and read a book. At the end of the hall way is the Master Suite equipped with hardwood floors, a king size bed, 50" mounted TV, this bedroom has direct access to screen porch and pool area. The ensuite bathroom has a large walk-in closet, double quartz vanity plus large make up vanity with rattan stool, large soaking tub and walk in shower, with no curb and two shower heads

Outside there is lush landscaping providing you with the privacy you want while you relax by the pool that has waterfall features and a spa. At the pool there are 6 lounge chairs, 3 recliner chairs with ottomans, an additional chair and round dining table to enjoy snacks and meals by the pool. There is also an outdoor shower.

Palmetto Dunes is one of the premiere areas of Hilton Head Island and has three miles of beach, three signature golf courses, world-renowned tennis, and an 11-mile lagoon system where guests can kayak, canoe and fish. There are miles of leisure paths that weave throughout the resort that are great for walking, jogging and biking. Plus Shelter Cove Marina on Broad Creek is close by where you will find live entertainment, restaurants and shops.
