Lura, our guest contact, was outstanding. The house had plenty of space for my adult kiddos and my grandkids. The pool was private and clean (plus salt water). There is a pond in the back with an alligator. Deer roamed through the back yard and around PD daily. Kitchen had plenty of utensils and plates/bowls/cups... Also has a beverage frig with glassware. Plenty of plastic wear as well. Kitchen was roomy. Dining room fit 6 but we pulled the other table from another space to seat 8 (it worked fine). Decent WIFI. Quiet and off the beaten path. We have stayed in Sea Pines for years. Our first time to PD and we will be back--a bit more calm. Outdoor shower. 3 full baths and one single toilet as well. Worked well for all. Grill was in working order. Plenty of back patio chairs for whole family. Plenty of space in living room for gathering as well. Short drive to grocery. General store close: can go by back but expensive.
There really wasn't anything that I would say needs to be improved.
