Stop by Sea Pines Beach Club for a great view and some tasty seafood if you need a break from the sun. For those who have an affinity for golf, play a round of 18 at Heron Point Golf Course. For a day trip, take a quick drive to Harbour Town and check out the local shops and dining options. Plus, the sunset is gorgeous over the bay, so grab a spot with a glass of wine and stay for a while.
The eclectic decor and inviting furnishings make staying in just as good as venturing out, so make a delicious meal in the full kitchen and enjoy the views from the dining room with loved ones. This spacious retreat offers plenty of room to spread out with comfort and privacy. Head into the fully furnished pool house to find two more bedrooms.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The house is in a perfect location and the layout with pool is great. The path to the beach is amazing. The downside to the house is the inside is outdated in terms of furniture and the carpet in both the pool house and main house. We did appreciate that when problems arise the maintence staff was very quick to respond,

This house has a 2 bedroom 2 bath pool house that includes a kitchen and living room with sofa bed that is detached from the main house. The main house includes 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and living room/dining room and den with sofa bed. The size of the property and location on the beach path and close proximity to the beach as well as a beautiful pool are its best assets. The house carpet is very stained and needs to be replaced yesterday! Much of the paint in the pool house was not completed as the new paint color partially covers the walls and not baseboards. Ridiculous for a house in this area with this rental price. Many baseboards need to be cleaned. Mold in in area of a bedroom closet. Great house for a large group but needs some work!
