This property has a pool that can be heated between Labor Day and Memorial Day for an additional fee of $69/night. You MUST notify management at least seven days in advance of your arrival if you would like to purchase pool heat. If the outside temperature is colder than 55 degrees, the pool will not be able to maintain a warmer temperature. If the pool does not reach your desired temperature but is still warming, refunds will NOT be given. Pool Reno from March 2026 through May 15, 2026.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Very convenient to the beach. The indoor space was great and rooms were large. Kitchen was week stocked. Only Comment is there was no beach gear provided. Having young children with us, that would have been a plus but loved the house and location. Would definitely go back there.

5 minute walk to beach. House is in beautiful neighborhood. Bedrooms were large. Kitchen was well equipped with utensils and dishes/pans.

The location of this home is great. The home is roomy. The kitchen is well appointed. However, the pool & pool area is in desperate need of an upgrade. It is very small & not convenient to kitchen or grill.
