This spacious sixth-row escape comes recently renovated and designed with group living in mind, with two separate living areas, a game room, a spacious, fully enclosed backyard entertainment space, and a sparkling in-ground pool with an attached spa (optional heating available). A semi-private beach path is accessible directly across the street and you'll be less than 600 feet from the sand. Popular attractions like Coligny Plaza, Lowcountry Celebration Park, and Coligny Beach Park are just a mile up the road.
Strong natural lighting and tastefully appointed décor set the tone inside, with an open, floor plan and updated furnishings welcoming family gatherings. The main living area features pool views, luxe leather seating, and a smart TV. The kitchen is outfitted with a suite of sleek, stainless steel appliances and everything you’ll need for family-style meal planning. The dining area, which is open to the kitchen and living area, features plenty of seating for sharing meals together.
The game room extension sets the stage for friendly fun and competition, with options including a pool table, foosball, shuffleboard, and card table. There's also a sofa and smart TV if you want to keep the hangouts more casual. A cornhole set is provided for the backyard. An additional full-size fridge is located in the hallway.
The upstairs family room is sure to be the preferred choice for younger guests, with features including comfortable seating, a kitchenette, and a large smart TV.
The large, fully fenced backyard area is the perfect centerpiece for endless family fun. The large deck comes furnished with lounge chairs and a dining table with an umbrella for comfortable outdoor living. The lawn makes a great space for cornhole and other yard games, while the crystal-clear pool offers cooling relief from the summer heat.

First- the owner was extremely responsive. The house was perfect for our stay as a group of 11. The location to the beach and the privacy of the backyard was a huge win for us. We enjoyed the pool and our kids spent hours playing in the gated grassy area in the backyard. Bike paths were steps from the house. I would highly recommend staying here if you have a large group!
