Our cozy 3-room apartment can accommodate 4 people. In addition to the living area with an open-concept kitchen and the bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm) and TV, there is another bedroom with a modern sofa bed (130x200 cm) that sleeps 2 people.

The new open-concept kitchen, integrated into the living/dining area, has everything you could want and creates a cozy atmosphere. In addition to an oven, dishwasher, and freezer space, glasses, silverware, and small appliances are, of course, provided.

You can access the balcony through the bedroom.

The apartment features a large bathroom with a shower and a window.

A parking space and free Wi-Fi are included with the apartment. At Villa Eden, a washing machine and dryer (shared use, for a fee) are available in the basement. You can park your bicycles on the Villa Eden property. Towels and bed linens are not included in the travel price but can be booked in advance.

Located just a few hundred meters from the gorgeous, fine-sand beach, this quietly situated apartment is therefore in one of the most exclusive areas of Binz. Here, you can go for walks at your leisure, cool off in the sea, or simply relax and unwind.

A worthwhile first destination is the pier, which is just a few minutes’ walk away. The town center and the nearest shopping options are also nearby. The seaside resort of Binz, the largest on Rügen, is located on the eastern side of the island, right on Prorer Wiek Bay.
