This modern, bright two-room apartment sleeps up to 4 people and is located on the first floor of the Villa Eden Dependance.
The spacious and cozy living area opens onto an open-concept kitchen where cooking is a pleasure. In addition to an oven, dishwasher, and freezer space, glasses, silverware, and small appliances are, of course, provided.
The functional couch in the living area can be converted into a sleeping space for 2 additional people in no time.
The bedroom features a double bed, a wardrobe, a small workspace, and an additional television. Adjacent to it is the completely renovated shower room.
A parking space and free Wi-Fi are included with the apartment. In the main building of Villa Eden, you’ll find a washing machine and dryer (shared use, for a fee). You can park your bicycles on the Villa Eden property.
The Baltic Sea resort of Binz is located on the eastern side of the island of Rügen, right on Prorer Wiek. This quiet apartment is just a few hundred meters from the long, fine-sand beach. As a result, it is situated in one of Binz’s most exclusive areas and is perfect for strolling and sunbathing.
A great first place to visit is the nearby pier. The town center and the nearest shopping options are also just a few minutes’ walk away.
