You can use the washing machine and dryer in the building’s basement for a fee.
The rental agreement is concluded exclusively between the guest and the owner of the rented apartment.

The light-filled Apartment 17 is suitable for up to 4 people. It measures 50 square meters and is located on the 1st floor of Villa Eden in one of the most exclusive locations in the Baltic Sea resort town of Binz. The beautiful sandy beach is just 300 meters away.
Our 2-room apartment offers 49 square meters of space for a wonderful vacation. A fully equipped kitchenette is integrated into the living/dining area.
The light-filled living area invites you to relax. The sofa bed can be easily converted into a cozy sleeping area for 2 additional guests.
The separate bedroom is furnished with a 1.80-meter double bed, a wardrobe, and a TV.
You can access the balcony from both the living area and the bedroom.
Enjoy your breakfast in the spacious dining area or on your balcony.
Of course, the vacation rental also includes a bathroom with a shower.
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
