Apartment 9 in the Type 4 Dependance measures 72 square meters and accommodates up to 4 people. The Eden Dependance is located directly behind Villa Eden and comprises 2 residential units.
Free Wi-Fi and a free parking space are available to you. Bicycle storage is also available.
Towels and bed linens are not included in the travel price; these can be booked in advance:
You can use the washing machine and dryer in the building’s basement for a fee.
The rental agreement is concluded exclusively between the guest and the owner of the rented apartment.

This modern, bright 2-room apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. An extra bed for 1 child up to 2 years old in a travel crib (free of charge) can easily be provided. It is located on the first floor of the Villa Eden Dependance. The annex of Villa Eden features 2 apartments.
The spacious and cozy living area opens onto an open-concept kitchen where cooking is a pleasure. In addition to an oven, dishwasher, and freezer space, glasses, silverware, and small appliances are, of course, provided. The dining area is also located here, from which you can step out onto the balcony.
The functional couch in the living area can be converted into a sleeping area for 2 additional people in no time.
The bedroom features a double bed, a wardrobe, and a crib.
