The 49 sqm apartment offers a spacious living and dining area, a bedroom, a shower bathroom, and a balcony. In the bedroom, the sofa can be converted into an additional sleeping area.
With high ceilings and visible elements of spa architecture, you experience the authentic flair of the turn of the century. The location in the historic center enhances this feeling, as many villas in the spa style can be admired here.
The apartment is very well equipped: a new, fully equipped kitchen, a 55-inch smart TV, a HiFi micro system with Bluetooth connection to your smartphone or tablet, and free Wi-Fi (50 Mbit/s) are available.
The special feature of the apartment is its quiet yet central location. You stay away from the tourist hustle and bustle and still have everything close by. The beach, pier, and Kurhaus are only 300 m away, and numerous shops and restaurants are within walking distance.
