Apartment 07 is a comfortable 3-room apartment with approximately 77 square meters of living space on the top floor of Villa Malepartus.
From the entryway, you enter the spacious living area with gently sloping ceilings. Cleverly divided into separate functional areas, you’ll find here, among other things, a couch (which sleeps 1 person), two wicker armchairs, a flat-screen TV, a radio/CD player, and a large central dining table with room for the whole family. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The beautiful sunroom, bathed in morning sunlight, offers the perfect retreat for a good book or a cup of delicious coffee.
The open kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. Here you’ll find, among other things, a ceramic cooktop with an oven and range hood, a dishwasher, a microwave, as well as a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The nearest bakery is about a 2-minute walk away, and the nearest grocery store is also nearby.
The larger bedroom in your temporary home features a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a large closet for your vacation wardrobe. The second bedroom also features a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a closet. The bathroom, which gets natural light, includes a shower/toilet, sink, hair dryer, and towel warmer.

Your free parking space is located in the courtyard. A storage room for bicycles is also available.
