Nice, modern apartment. Good parking in basement. Qiuet surroundinigs. Close to center and beach. Difficult to find the place where to get the key. Had problems to pay due to technical problems at FeWo but this was solved.

Super schöne Wohnung, allerdings ein wenig dunkel (was im heißen Sommer auch von Vorteil sein kann..) Top eingerichtet, allerdings fehlte ein Wäscheständer.
